Michael Lenzi - Owner and Chef
Michael has worked in the food and hospitality industry his entire life. As a young boy he worked in his father's hotdog stand in downtown Lowell. He advanced his expertise by attending and graduating from Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island. In the late 80's he saw the opportunity to develop the family business by establishing the catering business and since then has never looked back. A leader in the business community, Mike has always been actively involved in community projects. Even today, Mike's passion is working with food so you may even find him in the kitchen or not far from it.
Sandy Lenzi – Partner
Sandy is also a graduate from Johnson and Wales University with a degree in Travel, Tourism Management and has worked along side Mike from the very beginnings of the catering business. Sandy's expertise is managing the details of the day to day staff and set up operations. If you call the office late at night, you can usually find Sandy answering your call. When not helping with an event, she enjoys her role as a grandmother.
Michael Lenzi, Jr. – President of Lenzi’s Special Events
Michael attended Lowell High School & the University of Massachusetts Boston-- majoring in Business Administration. Michael is the son of Michael & Sandy and has worked in the catering business for the majority of his adult life. Michael’s interest of the catering world has always been on the logistical end of the operation. Michael’s previous experience prepared him to undertake all aspects of managing Lenzi’s Special Events. “Moonlighting” as a Bartender has enhanced his special sales skills! Michael has such a soothing demeanor with a clear & concise explanation of your event needs.
Christine Joyce – Special Events Manager
Christine has been in the hospitality & entertainment industry for 25 years working for Marriott/Ritz Carlton & the Lowell Memorial Auditorium. Christine joined Lenzi’s in 2004 bringing her extensive experience to our catering sales department. Christine works closely with surrounding town & city officials, schools, Universities and non profit organizations, strengthening our community involvement. Christine also is our Social Sales manager handling weddings & our most prestigious events.
Keith Deschene - Catering Manager
Keith joined Lenzi's team in 2005 as a banquet server. Keith has provided Lenzi's with his dedication to our clients and his fellow teammates. His hard work helped Keith to earn a promotion to Catering Manager in 2010! Keith is our front line representative for our off premise clients, corporate and private events. Keith takes great pride in making sure your event goes smoothly and everyone has a great time. His adaptability and dedication make him the perfect person to rise to the occasion at off site functions.
